Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 20 July 2026
These terms apply whenever you book or use a service from Flight Path Careers, whether via our website, email, or booking calendar. By booking a session, you agree to these terms.
1. Who we are
Flight Path Careers is currently a trading name of Tiffany Dabouz, operating as a sole trader. A limited company is in the process of being registered; once complete, this section will be updated with the company name, number, and registered office address.
Contact: tiffany@flightpathcareers.com, [REGISTERED OFFICE ADDRESS].
2. Services and pricing
We offer aviation interview coaching, CV review, and mock assessment services for cabin crew and pilot candidates, as described on our Services page. Prices are shown in GBP and are correct at the time of publishing but may change — the price confirmed at the point of booking is the price you pay for that session.
3. Eligibility
Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 or over. By booking, you confirm that you are 18 or older.
4. Booking and payment
Sessions are booked and paid for via [BOOKING / PAYMENT PROCESSOR NAME(S)]. Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session. This section will be updated with the specific provider(s) once finalized.
5. Cancellations, rescheduling, and your legal right to cancel
Your statutory right: under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your booking within 14 days of making it for a full refund, provided your session has not yet taken place. This right exists regardless of the tiered policy set out below.
Our cancellation policy:
- 14 or more days' notice before your session: full refund, or reschedule to a new date free of charge
- Between 7 and 14 days' notice: 50% of the session fee is non-refundable; the remaining 50% can be refunded or applied to a rescheduled session
- Less than 7 days' notice, or a no-show: the full session fee is non-refundable
To reschedule or cancel, contact us as soon as possible at tiffany@flightpathcareers.com.
If you specifically ask us to deliver your session within the 14-day cancellation window (for example, because your real interview is coming up soon), you're agreeing that once we've delivered the session, you give up your right to a refund for the completed part of the service.
No-shows and cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may not be eligible for rescheduling.
6. Feedback and delivered work
Written feedback, CV reviews, and any other materials we provide are prepared specifically for you. Once delivered, that part of the service is considered complete and is non-refundable, even if you're unhappy with the outcome of a subsequent real interview or application — we can't guarantee any specific hiring result, only that we'll give you an honest, experienced assessment.
7. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about the role, airline, or assessment you're preparing for, so sessions can be tailored appropriately
- Join sessions on time and with a working internet connection and camera/microphone, where applicable
- Treat Tiffany and any other participants (e.g. in group sessions) respectfully
8. Intellectual property
Any written feedback, notes, or materials we provide are for your personal use only. Please don't redistribute, resell, or publish them without our permission.
9. Our liability
We provide coaching and feedback based on genuine industry experience, but we cannot guarantee that you will pass any interview, assessment, or hiring process — hiring decisions are made solely by the relevant airline or employer. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid for that service. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so (for example, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
10. Complaints & Disputes
If you are unhappy with your coaching session or CV review, please email tiffany@flightpathcareers.com directly so we can resolve the issue. We aim to respond to all complaints within 24 hours.
If a dispute cannot be resolved directly:
- UK Customers: You can contact the Citizens Advice consumer service or your local Trading Standards office for advice.
- Non-UK Customers: Any dispute will be governed by the laws of England and Wales in accordance with Section 11 below. You may also consult your payment card issuer or processor (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) for their standard dispute resolution procedures.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the business develops (for example, once the limited company is registered, or once a booking/payment provider is confirmed). The version in place at the time you book applies to your booking. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
